What are the chances of having breast cancer again? - atypical hyperplasia breast

I was in the Summer 06 diagnosed with stage 0 I also have atypical ductal hyperplasia, the cells enlarged hyperchromatic nuclei and large nucleoli. I have no idea what that means. They put me on Tamoxifen my med oncologist told me not to have to accept reconsider, because the drugs will take care of everything, so do not let cancer. I do not know whether the cancer returning or the time for me to find another oncologist. Please give me your opinion.
