Vodafone Dongle Crashing USB Broadband Dongle Causing My Laptop To Crash?

USB Broadband Dongle causing my laptop to crash? - vodafone dongle crashing

I have my Vodafone Broadband USB dongle, but my old bust dongle and bought a replacement battery, pay an As You Go dongles, but changed the SIM card, but was after about 5 minutes by online, it crashes my laptop and I have to take my computer and take off. No idea why this happens and how can I stop getting it?
